Gary is the managing director of PBC Business Recovery & Insolvency, which is based in offices in Northampton and Bedford. He is a licensed insolvency practitioner and CEDR accredited mediator dealing with both insolvency-related and general commercial dispute resolution.
Gary has been a member of Council at the Association of Business Recovery Professionals (“R3”) and is been a regular speaker for the Association and other professional bodies. While on R3 Council Gary was the principal author of the booklet, “Setting yourself up in Practice”. He has also been advisor to the (then shadow government) Conservative party and at the request of George Osborne MP, was a contributor to the Government review of football governance.
Gary is often consulted by accountants, solicitors and other insolvency practitioners with regards to insolvency related issues, including assistance on acquisitions, defending actions and providing advice surrounding various litigious matters.
With a reputation for “Thinking outside of the box” Gary has some notable achievements during his career, including setting of legal precedents and cases of a persuasive nature that were based upon common and practical sense.
In 2014 Gary added another string to his bow when his maiden novel (A Generation of Three) was published by an American Publisher who are now pressing for the sequel! Gary assures everyone that it is not a change in career!
